Breakfast Smoothie

Starting your day off with a smoothie is one of the best investments you can make in your day. Your creating a strong foundation for success which leaves you nowhere to go but up.

3) SO convenient.. smoothies are literally the most convenient breakfast, which can also contains the highest amount of nutrition(depending on what you put in it). They can be made is as little as 4 minutes, AND you can take it on the go.

4) Healthy positive changes your very first day! The more you stick to this routine, the stronger and better your health will get.

This is a perfect smoothie recipe for a newbie because it’s not to “green”, but still has a great amount of nutrients and will definitely have you feeling more energized, focused and just overall feeling fabulous!

1 cup water

1/2 orange

1/2 frozen banana

1/4 frozen raspberries

1/4 frozen mango

1 & 1/2 cup spinach

1 & 1/2 scoop pumpkin seed protein powder (Absolutely LOVE this stuff. Contains 10 grams of protein per serving, and overall so nourishing to the body)

1/2 cup ice
